The tag says size 12 but they would fit anyone sized 10.5-12 too. Due to the rigid sole and buckle closures, they will not be loose if worn.
The boots are in good shape with signs of wear. The faux leather material is cracking (as shown in the photos), which add to its distressed look. There are also screws in the bottom of the soles, not sure if that is original or added later.
The boots are similar to the ones worn by Edward Scissorhands. Perfect accessory for a halloween. costume.
