Custom painting of the wooden wedge heel is available by lacquer artisans
For online customers, we ask that you send us measurements (as instructions we send you) and a photo of your feet with ruler next to it. Since these are 100% handmade, we have the flexibility to do a bit of custom work for a more ensured level of fit and comfort.
We accept to refund if you change your mind after purchase but we will charge fee as following:
- Order not yet in production progress: 10% on total amount for processing fee and international transaction fee.
- Order already in production progress: 50% on total amount for processing fee, international transaction fee, and artisans labor cost for working on your order.
These are completely 100% handmade using eco-friendly glue; should the glue separate from the the upper leather within 3 years or the zipper break we will fix it free of service, shipping cost conditional.

When will my order ship?
Usually all orders are processed and shipped within 7 working days.
Most order ship within 24 hours. After execute an order, we will send tracking number by e-mail, and providing inquiry addresses.

Items deemed worn, used, dirty or missing tags will be returned to purchaser at their expense and no refund will be issued. Women's swimwear is eligible for return only if the sanitary liner is place. Underwear, Customized and personalized items are not returnable. Since lost return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier for the return shipment.
